大面积吸脂术后尿潴留的护理体会(3)
无痛技术可避免剧烈疼痛给患者带来情绪、生理及内分泌的不良改变，帮助患者度过术后切口剧痛期。但是，无痛技术出现的不良反应也不容忽视[14]。基于人文关怀理念尽量做到手术过程无痛苦、舒适的研究已在国内外兴起，对于大面积吸脂术后的尿潴留护理与处置也属其中。有理由相信通过相应处置可降低大面积吸脂术中不适，提高手术满意度。
